\nDubai&#39;s Museum of the Future is bringing its &quot;Future Perfects&quot; recruitment search to retail,
\nentertainment and cultural destinations across the city through pop-up interactive audition pods,
\ngiving potential candidates the opportunity to step inside, record a video audition and
\ndemonstrate the human qualities the Museum is seeking for its reimagined visitor experience.
\nThe citywide activations follow a strong initial response to the campaign, which received more
\nthan 20,000 completed applications and recorded over 42,000 visits to its official website within
\nthe first 48 hours of opening applications. Building on this momentum, the Museum is taking its<\/p>\n

unconventional approach to recruitment directly to the public through activations at Virgin
\nMegastore, ROXY Cinemas and Dubai Design Week.
\nInside the pods, participants can complete a short application and respond to an on-camera
\nquestion designed to reveal qualities such as curiosity, warmth, emotional intelligence,
\nadaptability and the ability to connect with others. The video audition takes approximately four
\nminutes and requires no prior preparation, allowing candidates to demonstrate their
\npersonalities and abilities beyond what can be captured through traditional CVs and recruitment
\ncriteria.\"\"
\nThe interactive pods offer an alternative to applying online, allowing people to audition for the
\nroles while visiting some of Dubai\u2019s most popular destinations. Applications submitted through
\nthe pods will form part of the Museum&#39;s wider selection process, which includes reviewing
\nsubmissions, shortlisting candidates and final live assessments before an expert judging panel.
\nSuccessful candidates will join the Museum&#39;s Visitor Experience team in full-time roles,
\nbecoming the human face of its completely reimagined visitor experience when it reopens in
\n2027. Through storytelling, meaningful interactions and personalised engagement, Future
\nPerfects will help visitors connect with ideas about science, technology, nature, society and the
\nfuture.
