Sharjah, A delegation of the Pakistan Business Council Sharjah (PBCS), led by Syed Saleem Akhtar, Senior Vice Chairman, visited Sharjah Sports Club and held a productive meeting with His Excellency Ibrahim Mohammed Rashid Al Jarwan, Member of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Sports Club and Chairman of Sharjah Sports Club Investment.
The meeting was arranged by Mr. Amir Hassan, Vice Chairman of Pakistan Business Council Sharjah, who played an important role in bringing the two organizations together to explore avenues of mutual cooperation.
Speaking on the occasion, Syed Saleem Akhtar, Senior Vice Chairman PBCS and leader of the delegation, expressed his appreciation to the leadership of Sharjah Sports Club for welcoming the PBCS delegation.
He said that Pakistan Business Council Sharjah is committed to building strong bridges between the Pakistani business community and leading institutions in the UAE. He emphasized that sports can serve as an important platform for bringing communities together while also creating opportunities for networking, partnerships, and investment.
Syed Saleem Akhtar further stated that PBCS looks forward to working closely with Sharjah Sports Club in sports activities, community initiatives and potential investment projects, and expressed his hope that the meeting would mark the beginning of a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship.
His Excellency Ibrahim Mohammed Rashid Al Jarwan welcomed the PBCS delegation and appreciated the initiative to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations. He highlighted the importance of developing partnerships with the business community and expressed his support for initiatives that promote sports, investment, networking and community engagement.

As a gesture of friendship, appreciation and mutual respect, Syed Saleem Akhtar presented a commemorative shield to His Excellency Ibrahim Mohammed Rashid Al Jarwan on behalf of Pakistan Business Council Sharjah.

The exchange of shields represented the mutual respect and commitment of both organizations to strengthen their relationship and work together in the areas of sports, business networking and investment.
Representing Sharjah Sports Club were His Excellency Ibrahim Mohammed Rashid Al Jarwan, Dr. Mohamed Ishaq Al Mazmi, Member of the Board of Sharjah Sports Club, and Mr. Ahmed Abdelkhaleq, CEO of Sharjah Sports Club Investment.
The PBCS delegation comprised Syed Saleem Akhtar, Senior Vice Chairman; Amir Hassan, Vice Chairman; Salman Wisal, General Secretary; Dr. Mehmood; Dr. Zafar Tahir; Usman Khawar; Mr. Ali Akram; Mr. Hafiz Mudassar; and Mr. Zeshan.
During the meeting, both sides discussed opportunities for cooperation in sports activities, joint events, networking and investment in various projects of Sharjah Sports Club. Both delegations agreed to work together and support each other in developing initiatives that can benefit both organizations and the wider community.
