● Pop-up interactive audition pods will give potential candidates the opportunity to record
their video auditions at locations across Dubai from 29 October to 8 November 2026.
● The citywide activations follow more than 20,000 already completed applications and
over 42,000 visits to the campaign website within the first 48 hours of its launch.
● The Museum is seeking individuals with curiosity, emotional intelligence, strong
communication skills and adaptability, with no previous museum or customer-service
experience required.

Dubai's Museum of the Future is bringing its "Future Perfects" recruitment search to retail,
entertainment and cultural destinations across the city through pop-up interactive audition pods,
giving potential candidates the opportunity to step inside, record a video audition and
demonstrate the human qualities the Museum is seeking for its reimagined visitor experience.
The citywide activations follow a strong initial response to the campaign, which received more
than 20,000 completed applications and recorded over 42,000 visits to its official website within
the first 48 hours of opening applications. Building on this momentum, the Museum is taking its
unconventional approach to recruitment directly to the public through activations at Virgin
Megastore, ROXY Cinemas and Dubai Design Week.
Inside the pods, participants can complete a short application and respond to an on-camera
question designed to reveal qualities such as curiosity, warmth, emotional intelligence,
adaptability and the ability to connect with others. The video audition takes approximately four
minutes and requires no prior preparation, allowing candidates to demonstrate their
personalities and abilities beyond what can be captured through traditional CVs and recruitment
criteria.
The interactive pods offer an alternative to applying online, allowing people to audition for the
roles while visiting some of Dubai’s most popular destinations. Applications submitted through
the pods will form part of the Museum's wider selection process, which includes reviewing
submissions, shortlisting candidates and final live assessments before an expert judging panel.
Successful candidates will join the Museum's Visitor Experience team in full-time roles,
becoming the human face of its completely reimagined visitor experience when it reopens in
2027. Through storytelling, meaningful interactions and personalised engagement, Future
Perfects will help visitors connect with ideas about science, technology, nature, society and the
future.
