Speaking at the event, Jagrato Roy, Executive Director, IBEX Manpower, said:

“Every great skyline begins with a single pair of hands. The evening was more than a ceremony. It was a tribute to the courage, discipline and quiet dedication our workers show every single day, often far from their families, so that this nation can keep rising. Every worker present was a winner, because every one of them is building something that will stand for generations. My message to our people is simple: you are not just building towers and roads, you are building tomorrow. At IBEX, we will keep standing beside you, investing in you and celebrating you. Your growth is our growth, and your success is our success.”

Chief Guest Mr. Yaqoob Al Ali added:

“Dubai has always been a city that rises to every challenge. Through every adversity, it has stood strong, united and determined, and that strength comes from its people, including the workers who build it with their own hands. Whatever the world may bring, Dubai will continue to lead and remain number one, because it is built on resilience, vision and the dedication of everyone who calls it home. I commend IBEX Manpower for honouring the workforce that stands with this city through every chapter of its journey.”
